TOMATO SOUP

INGREDIENTS:

Olive oil. Garlic. Onion. Mature tomatoes. Green peppers. Water. Salt pepper. Wallet (coloring). A sprig of basil or mint. Bread. Egg (optional)

 

PREPARATION:

Put a little olive oil in a saucepan, fry the laminated garlic, chopped green pepper and a little chopped onion. In a few moments, add the grated ripe tomatoes and let everything fry. Add water, tin (if the tomatoes are ripe and give color you can do without it), salt and a little pepper, and let it simmer with the saucepan partially covered. Optionally, you can crash a couple of eggs before removing it from the fire. After setting aside the stew, add bread (better from the day before) broken into soups and a sprig, preferably basil or mint. At the table, it is accompanied by grapes.
